Ruffles

I am Cuban.  The more ruffles, the better.  In fact, there can never, ever, ever be enough ruffles.  Except on a prom shirt.  Especially a baby blue one.  But I digress.

This ADORABLE confection of ruffles is sweet, chic and organic.  I know it’s getting cooler in Chicago – but surely some of you live in warmer climes.
