Another Piece of the Puzzle

It’s amazing how much veg you can get into a child when hidden within a sandwich.  Hummus spread, avocado, cucumber, tomato (blech), carrot and zucchini shreds, tabbouleh….all easily hidden in this fabulous “puzzle” that you can create with this why didn’t I have one growing up Lunch Punch.  

And doesn’t everything taste better in animal shapes? It’s worked for Animal Crackers for about a century!

I swear that dog shape looks like out lovely furbaby Molly.
